Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Assign work schedules and room allocations based on operational needs.
• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members to maintain high performance.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and report replenishment needs.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, inspection reports, and daily activity logs.
• Work closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to inspect rooms with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
