This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, support staff, and maintain exceptional service standards while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and coordinate team activities.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest areas.
• Support, guide, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and service standards are met.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Train new employees on operational procedures and service expectations.
• Maintain inventory of operational supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar guest service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and operational systems.
