Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure service standards are maintained
• Coordinate and support front-of-house and service staff during shifts
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness across guest areas
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination, and team motivation
• Monitor compliance with hotel procedures, safety, and service policies
• Report operational issues and provide updates to management when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
