Job Description

A well-organized and guest-focused Floor Supervisor is needed to help keep daily hotel operations running smoothly and ensure every guest experiences comfort, cleanliness, and attentive service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team on the ground, solving small challenges quickly, and maintaining high hospitality standards throughout assigned floors. In this position, you will act as the link between housekeeping staff and management, ensuring rooms, corridors, and guest areas are consistently presented at their best.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping attendants on assigned floors
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Assign and coordinate room cleaning schedules and special requests
• Support staff with guidance, training, and on-the-spot problem solving
• Monitor supply levels and report shortages for replenishment
• Respond promptly to guest concerns related to housekeeping services
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Report maintenance issues to the relevant department

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Professional attitude and guest-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures
