Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Floor Supervisor to help lead daily operations within our hotel. If you enjoy being on your feet, supporting a team, and ensuring guests experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out, this could be the perfect role for you.

As Floor Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management and front-line staff, ensuring standards are consistently met and guests feel genuinely cared for.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of front desk and floor staff

• Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations

• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues

• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination

• Train and mentor new team members

• Uphold company policies, service standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and service

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
