Flair Bartender

Job Description

Our bar is looking for a talented and energetic Flair Bartender to bring exceptional drink preparation, engaging service, and impressive flair techniques to the bar team. The ideal candidate combines strong bartending knowledge with confidence, creativity, and excellent guest interaction skills. You will help create an exciting bar experience while maintaining high standards of drink quality, cleanliness, and responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Perform flair bartending techniques safely and confidently to enhance the guest experience.
• Engage guests with a friendly, entertaining, and professional approach.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the bar supervisor or manager.
• Handle bar equipment, glassware, bottles, and tools with care.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and applicable bar regulations.
• Process orders and payments accurately when required.
• Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and bar staff to maintain efficient service.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning, preparation, and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and beverage preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair techniques safely and confidently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of bar hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods.
• Creative presentation skills and a confident personality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Bartending, mixology, or beverage-service certification is an advantage.
