Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Perform professional flair bartending routines while maintaining speed, safety, and accuracy.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and confident manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages promptly.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Verify guests’ age where required and promote responsible alcohol service.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, with proven flair bartending skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform bottle, shaker, and bar tool tricks safely and confidently.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies when required.
