Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Perform safe and engaging flair bartending routines while serving guests.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of inventory needs.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Verify guest age where required and promote responsible alcohol service.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Recommend drinks and upsell featured beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, with demonstrated flair bartending skills.
• Ability to perform bottle, shaker, and bar tool tricks safely and confidently.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
