If you enjoy entertaining guests while crafting high-quality cocktails, this role is made for you. As a Flair Bartender, you will do more than serve drinks. You will engage guests, perform bottle tricks, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps customers entertained and coming back. You will represent the bar’s personality through skill, style, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
• Perform flair bartending routines safely and professionally
• Engage customers and create an enjoyable bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and observe guest behavior
• Work with other bar staff to maintain smooth service during busy hours
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with flair bartending skills
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixing techniques, and bar tools
• Ability to perform basic to advanced flair movements confidently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a professional appearance
• Certification in bartending or hospitality training is an added advantage
