Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails with speed and precision
• Perform flair techniques confidently while maintaining safety and quality
• Engage guests with energy, personality, and great conversation
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Work closely with the team to deliver a lively bar atmosphere

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, with flair skills strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
• Excellent coordination, timing, and showmanship
• Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing focus
• A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
