Are you passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Instructor to join our hotel gym team. In this role, you will inspire guests to achieve their fitness goals by providing professional guidance, maintaining a safe workout environment, and promoting the hotel’s wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and introduce them to the gym facilities and equipment.
• Conduct one-on-one fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs.
• Lead individual and group fitness classes when required.
• Demonstrate the correct use of exercise equipment and ensure safe workout practices.
• Monitor the gym floor and provide assistance and motivation to guests.
• Inspect and maintain fitness equipment, reporting faults promptly.
• Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Promote wellness programs, fitness packages, and related hotel services.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, appointments, and fitness consultations.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Fitness Training, Exercise Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Recognized fitness instructor or personal trainer certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or gym coach, preferably within a hotel, resort, or fitness center.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness equipment, and injury prevention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to motivate individuals with varying fitness levels.
