Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals? We are looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our hotel gym team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating positive guest experiences while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group fitness training sessions.
• Assess guests’ fitness levels and develop personalized workout plans.
• Demonstrate the proper use of gym equipment and ensure member safety.
• Lead fitness classes such as aerobics, stretching, strength training, or other wellness activities.
• Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the gym area.
• Provide professional guidance on exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist with promoting fitness programs, memberships, and wellness activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or in a similar role.
• Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness equipment, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage individuals with varying fitness levels.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
