Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Keep food preparation and dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and service supplies as needed.
• Monitor food quality and report any issues promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food outlet, restaurant, café, or similar food service environment is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
