Fast Food Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a Fast Food Attendant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing quality food while creating a positive experience for every customer. If you thrive as part of a team and have a friendly attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Operate the cash register and process payments correctly.
• Keep food preparation, dining, and service areas clean and organised.
• Replenish food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and resolve minor concerns.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food outlet, restaurant, café, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety practices.
