Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Restock food items, packaging, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns politely.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food restaurant, café, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge is preferred.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
