Fast Food Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Fast Food Attendant to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving customers, working in a busy fast food environment, and contributing to an efficient and welcoming service experience. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare and package food items according to established procedures.
• Serve customers promptly and courteously.
• Keep counters, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment clean and organised.
• Monitor food supplies and inform supervisors when stock needs replenishment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures at all times.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organising food supplies.
• Work effectively with team members during busy service periods.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food restaurant, café, or similar food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine service duties.
