Fast Food Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a Fast Food Attendant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, preparing quality food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness while contributing to a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble orders quickly while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and food preparation stations.
• Replenish ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast food outlet, café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and orders.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
