Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department

• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards

• Develop and manage cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet hotel standards

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment

• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping related concerns promptly

• Prepare departmental reports and manage the housekeeping budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a hotel

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, health, and safety standards

• Experience with inventory control and basic budgeting
