Executive Housekeeper
Job Description
Are you passionate about creating spotless, welcoming spaces and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences? Our hotel is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable environment every time they visit.
Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Oversee room inspections, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure consistent quality.

Manage housekeeping schedules, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.

Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, budgets, and staff performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle administrative tasks, including budgeting and reporting.
