A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping operations, developing team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all housekeeping operations, ensuring consistently high cleanliness standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily activities for housekeeping staff.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that support efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory levels for linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Prepare staff schedules while maintaining productivity and service standards.
• Monitor departmental expenses and support budget management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement effective service improvements.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, reports, and inventory documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
• Experience managing housekeeping budgets, inventories, and purchasing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
