Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve outstanding performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Develop staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready on schedule.
• Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and performance records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Thorough understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and standard computer applications.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality standards.
