Executive Housekeeper

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dependable Food Runner to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring guests receive their meals promptly and accurately. Working closely with kitchen and service staff, you will play an important part in delivering a seamless dining experience while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Verify that each order is complete before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and servers regarding special requests or changes.
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for incoming guests.
• Keep service stations stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests by notifying the appropriate team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
