Job Description
A well-established hotel is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and hotel procedures.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and basic computer applications.
