A distinguished hotel is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of business performance, guest satisfaction, financial growth, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with extensive hospitality management experience and a passion for driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish financial objectives, budgets, and performance targets.
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and key clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and organizational performance.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and business engagements.
• Prepare reports and present strategic recommendations to ownership or the board.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional management certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in an executive management role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
