A thriving and forward-thinking restaurant brand is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead its overall vision, operations, and long-term growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can balance creativity, business strategy, and operational excellence while shaping an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong decision-maker with a deep understanding of hospitality, brand positioning, and multi-department leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the restaurant’s operations and business growth
• Oversee daily operations across kitchen, service, finance, and administration
• Develop and execute long-term business plans, budgets, and performance targets
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences and brand standards
• Lead, mentor, and inspire senior management and departmental heads
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders
• Drive innovation in menu concepts, service delivery, and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Represent the brand in high-level business and industry engagements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within hospitality or restaurant operations
• Strong background in business management, operations, or hospitality administration
• Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and cross-functional departments
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Understanding of food service trends, guest experience design, and brand development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
