We’re looking for a creative, organised, and people-focused Event Manager to bring energy and structure to our restaurant’s private events and special occasions. From intimate dinners to lively celebrations, you’ll be the one making sure every detail feels seamless and memorable. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all restaurant events including bookings, private dining, and themed nights
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth event execution
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
• Manage event timelines, floor layouts, and seating arrangements
• Handle budgets, invoicing, and event cost tracking
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction before, during, and after events
• Quickly resolve any issues that arise during service with professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or restaurant management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
