We’re looking for a skilled Entremetier to join our kitchen team and take charge of preparing vegetables, soups, starches, eggs, and hot side dishes that complement memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook vegetables, soups, sauces, legumes, grains, and hot accompaniments to high standards
• Ensure dishes are prepared consistently and presented with attention to quality
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety within the workstation
• Assist with mise en place and support smooth kitchen operations during service
• Monitor ingredient freshness and report stock needs when necessary
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen colleagues to maintain timing and coordination

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen as an Entremetier or similar hot kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of vegetable preparation, soups, starches, and hot side dishes
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, food handling, and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork, organization, and time management skills
• Passion for cooking and attention to detail
