Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook vegetables, soups, sauces, grains, pasta, and side dishes to high standards
• Ensure dishes are well-seasoned, fresh, and beautifully presented
• Support smooth kitchen operations by coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with ingredient preparation, storage, and stock rotation
• Contribute ideas for seasonal accompaniments and menu improvements

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Entremetier, line cook, or similar kitchen role is an advantage
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen organization, and plating standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail with a passion for quality food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper kitchen practices
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
