Duty Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Duty Manager to help keep our hotel running smoothly, day and night. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, supporting the team, handling guest needs, and making sure every experience feels seamless and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
• Support front desk, housekeeping, and other departments
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure health, safety, and service standards are maintained
• Step in to lead and motivate the team when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory hotel role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm, professional approach under pressure
• Good organisational and leadership abilities
