We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Duty Manager to help lead daily operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences while supporting a team, this could be a great fit for you.

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Support and supervise team members during shifts
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
• Coordinate with departments to maintain smooth service flow

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
