Duty Manager

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Duty Manager to help keep our hotel running smoothly, day and night. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring guests have a great experience while supporting the team across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support front desk, housekeeping, and service teams
• Ensure safety, security, and service standards are maintained
• Step in to resolve issues and keep things running seamlessly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a supervisory role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
