Duty Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our vibrant hotel team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay, while supporting staff and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.

• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent service.

• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Monitor standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and make confident decisions.

• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
