Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination

• Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to deliver top-notch service

• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and staff scheduling to optimize efficiency

• Assist in training new staff and implementing operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
