Driver

Join our hotel team as a Driver and play an important role in delivering safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for guests, visitors, and team members. We are looking for a courteous, dependable individual who takes pride in providing excellent service while ensuring every journey is comfortable, punctual, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, staff, and approved visitors safely to designated destinations.
• Welcome passengers warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
• Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company driving policies.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor fuel levels and arrange timely refuelling.
• Support airport transfers, guest pick-ups, and scheduled hotel transportation services.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a hotel, tourism, or customer-focused environment.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Physically capable of handling guest luggage when required.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
