Do you enjoy being on the road, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every journey is safe and comfortable? We are seeking a dependable and courteous Driver to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, punctuality, and providing guests with a smooth and welcoming transportation experience while supporting daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, visitors, and staff to designated destinations.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage when required.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and ready for use at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Follow approved routes while adapting to traffic conditions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle records.
• Observe all traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
• Assist with airport transfers, scheduled pickups, and special guest requests.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned during quieter periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a hotel or customer service environment.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to changing situations.
• Physically capable of handling guest luggage when needed.
