Job Description

A reputable hotel is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to support the transportation needs of guests, staff, and hotel operations. If you have excellent driving skills, a courteous attitude, and a commitment to punctuality, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests, staff, and management to designated locations.
• Provide a warm, professional, and courteous experience for all passengers.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Follow approved routes while complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments regarding transportation schedules.
• Respond promptly to airport transfers, guest pick-ups, and other transportation requests.
• Keep all vehicle documentation current and readily available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous professional driving experience in a hotel, hospitality, corporate, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and major landmarks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physically fit to assist with guest luggage when necessary.
