Every guest’s experience begins the moment they arrive. We are looking for a courteous, professional, and attentive Doorkeeper to create a warm first impression while ensuring the safety, comfort, and smooth flow of guests entering and leaving our hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Open doors for guests entering and exiting the hotel.
  • Assist guests with directions, basic inquiries, and hotel information.
  • Coordinate with the concierge, front desk, and bell staff to provide seamless guest service.
  • Help manage the orderly flow of vehicles and pedestrian traffic at the hotel entrance.
  • Monitor the entrance area to ensure it remains clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Observe and report suspicious activities or security concerns promptly.
  • Assist guests with umbrellas during adverse weather conditions when required.
  • Offer assistance to elderly guests, families, and guests with disabilities.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, security, or a similar guest-facing role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
  • Good physical fitness with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
