DJ Coordinator

Do you know how to turn a regular night into an unforgettable one? We are looking for an energetic and highly organized DJ Coordinator to help create exciting nightlife experiences in our bar. If you enjoy music, understand crowd energy, and can coordinate entertainment smoothly while keeping operations on track, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DJ schedules, bookings, and performance timelines
• Work closely with DJs to ensure playlists, sound preferences, and event expectations align with the venue atmosphere
• Liaise with bar management to plan themed nights, live entertainment, and special events
• Monitor entertainment flow to ensure a smooth guest experience throughout operating hours
• Assist in setting up and coordinating sound checks before performances
• Ensure DJs follow venue policies, timing, and professionalism standards
• Handle last-minute scheduling adjustments and entertainment logistics when needed
• Maintain positive relationships with performers, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Previous experience in entertainment coordination, nightlife, hospitality, or event management is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and relationship management abilities
• Passion for music, nightlife, and creating engaging guest experiences
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
