District Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized District Manager to oversee multiple cafe locations within our growing chain. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, enjoys building strong teams, and knows how to keep daily operations running smoothly while still focusing on big-picture growth. You will be the link between head office and store teams, ensuring every cafe delivers a consistent customer experience, strong performance, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across several cafe branches within the district
• Ensure each location meets sales, service, and quality standards
• Lead, support, and mentor cafe managers and their teams
• Monitor inventory control, cost management, and profitability
• Implement company policies, promotions, and operational strategies
• Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations
• Handle escalated customer issues and service recovery when needed
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and staff development

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site retail, hospitality, or cafe management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of budgeting, P&L, and operational planning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
• Experience in training, coaching, and team development
• Passion for customer service and hospitality excellence
