District Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee operations across multiple café locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, consistency, and creating memorable customer experiences across every branch. You will be responsible for ensuring each café runs smoothly, maintains brand standards, and delivers high-quality service. From team development to operational performance, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the entire chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café branches
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and customer service
• Support and guide Café Managers in achieving performance targets
• Monitor sales, expenses, and overall profitability across locations
• Implement company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
• Train, mentor, and develop store leadership teams
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth and expansion strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit or regional management within hospitality, food service, or retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and cost control
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations simultaneously
• Experience in café or restaurant operations is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic reporting and operational software tools
