District Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple cafe locations within a growing cafe chain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, consistency, and creating memorable customer experiences across different teams and branches. You will be responsible for ensuring each cafe runs smoothly, meets performance goals, and maintains strong brand standards while supporting and developing store managers under your supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple cafe branches
• Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and brand standards
• Lead, coach, and support cafe managers and their teams
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and operational costs
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability
• Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
• Handle staffing needs including recruitment support and training oversight
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively across locations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in hospitality or food service
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of budgeting, sales targets, and operational reporting
• Ability to travel between locations as required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in training, coaching, and performance development
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
