District Manager

We’re looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple café locations, support store managers, and help create exceptional customer experiences across our growing café chain. If you enjoy mentoring people, improving performance, and ensuring every location runs efficiently, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations to ensure consistency and quality
• Support, coach, and mentor store managers and team leads
• Monitor sales performance, staffing, and operational goals across assigned cafés
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at every location
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
• Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments
• Work closely with leadership to implement business strategies and improve efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in multi-unit management, hospitality, retail, or café operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to analyze performance and implement operational improvements
• Experience managing budgets, targets, or business performance is an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to operational detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
