District Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven District Manager to oversee and support multiple cafe locations within our growing chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving operations, and ensuring each location delivers a consistently excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned cafe locations
• Support and guide cafe managers to meet performance and service standards
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and customer service
• Implement company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations
• Train, coach, and develop store-level leadership teams
• Conduct regular visits to each location to assess performance and provide feedback
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and cost control
• Handle escalated customer and operational issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably within hospitality, food service, or retail
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple locations
• A hands-on approach with a passion for customer experience and operational excellence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
