Our restaurant is looking for a dependable Dishwasher to join the team and keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. If you are energetic, organised, and do not mind getting your hands busy, you will fit right in. The role is all about keeping dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas clean and ready for the next service.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitise, and organise dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, tidy, and well stocked.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when needed.
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain proper waste-handling procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Assistant, Cleaner, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
