Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that support business goals.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to prevent shortages.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all purchased products meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare purchasing budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to support café requirements.
• Review supplier performance and negotiate contracts when necessary.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a leadership or management position is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are an advantage.
