A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Hotel Operations to oversee the day-to-day performance of all operational departments. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all hotel departments.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to achieve revenue, profitability, and service goals.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and team development initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management or ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior hotel management or operations leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and service excellence principles.
