Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Lead and support departmental managers, ensuring service standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, and efficiency levels
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgets, staffing, and operational planning
• Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations management or a senior hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and performance management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage
