• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and service standards
• Collaborate with leadership teams to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences

• Support recruitment, staff development, and team engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations management or a senior hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Good understanding of hotel operations, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational and financial awareness skills
• Professional attitude with a guest-focused mindset
