Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our café team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brand awareness, growing online communities, and driving customer engagement through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage and grow the café’s social media accounts through engaging content.
• Create marketing materials including graphics, videos, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and special event campaigns.
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Improve online visibility through SEO and digital advertising strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators when required.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and recommend new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software.
• Experience creating engaging written, visual, and video content.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing work is an added advantage.
