Delivery Driver

Job Description

Join our coffee shop as a Delivery Driver and help ensure customers receive their orders promptly, safely, and in excellent condition. You will play an important role in providing reliable service while representing the coffee shop professionally during every delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coffee, food, and other customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Confirm delivery details and ensure orders are complete before departure.
• Handle food and beverages carefully to maintain their quality during transit.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery instructions or delays.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues promptly.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Follow traffic regulations and safe driving practices at all times.
• Support the coffee shop team with packaging and order preparation when required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Previous delivery or professional driving experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and effective route planning.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the wider coffee shop team.
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
